We’d rather you leave happy than stay reluctantly. If something you bought from Auxesis Learning isn’t serving your family’s learning, here’s how refunds work.
Courses and digital products
If a course isn’t the right fit, email us within 30 days of purchase at keith@auxesislab.com and we’ll refund you in full. no questions asked.
Memberships and subscriptions
You can cancel your membership at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the paid period. The current month is non-refundable.
Live cohorts and workshops
Full refund is available through the end of day 2 of the cohort or workshop. After that, no refunds are issued.
How refunds are processed
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
